What everyone should know about making a Will

It's difficult to imagine 30 million people but try for a minute because that's the number of people who don't have a Will.

Having a Will written isn’t the most exciting thing to do, but it is one of the most important things you will ever do.

If you don’t arrange to have one written, then the Government will decide what happens to your things when you’re dead.

It’s impossible to say when we are going to die but one thing’s for sure.....we will all die and if you haven’t got a Will then you have no say in what happens to your estate when you’ve gone. Why would you let someone else decide who gets whatever you leave behind?

Don’t make the mistake of assuming your loved ones will benefit from whatever you leave. It’s no good just thinking about it and hoping everything will be alright. The only way to ensure your loved ones benefit is to take action.

If you're happy to make the taxman your biggest beneficiary then do nothing.....

Don’t make the mistake of assuming your loved ones will benefit from whatever you leave.
